My career in recruiting began back in the fall of 2008. 

It's been almost 15 straight year now of technical recruiting and sourcing, and I can truly say that technology, startups, and the entrepreneurial spirit have my heart.  This is ultimately how RathRecruiting was born.

I'm a passionate fella with a sharp mind and demonstrated successes in both an agency and internal/corporate recruiting environment.  

Surfing, fly-fishing, and the outdoors are my "unplugs". When not working (we all know recruiting never sleeps come on!), you can find me chasing trout, riding and sliding on a yellow 9'2 Harv single-fin, and seeking the perfect photo all over with my two dogs. I enjoy a good bourbon and I've been known to crash drones.

I love to network.  I'm extremely thankful for all the connections I have within the tech startup community and to continuously strive to improve the hyper-personalized services I provide.
